Complaint handling

We are happy and get positive energy from praise!

If you or your child feels that someone in the staff has done something extraordinarily good, feel free to tell the person concerned.

In order to develop and improve the business, it is important that complaints are primarily communicated to the person concerned. This is preferably done through a conversation between the parties concerned, preferably  as possible to the event that led to the complaint being made.

In the event of a complaint, we would like you to follow the procedures below.

Procedures for handling complaints at the English School Novia

Discuss the problem that has arisen with the teacher or leisure educator concerned. We are convinced that concerns are more quickly and efficiently solved in the best way, through direct communication. If you have complaints or comments about school food, please contact kitchen manager Sara Andersson at sara.andersson@esn.se.

If you have complaints or comments about the daily activities and can not solve it through conversations with teachers or leisure staff, contact:

Anneli Lemberg for questions concerning year F-3
anneli.lemberg@esnovia.se

Erik Oscarsson for questions concerning years 4-9
erik.oscarsson@esnovia.se

Linnea Tjernell for questions Leisure activities
linnea.tjernell@esnovia.se

If you still feel that the problem has not been remedied by contacting the above-mentioned persons, send a written description of the case to the principal Louise Svenningson.
louise.svenningson@esnovia.se

If you still feel that the problem persists, please contact Andreas Tull, Head of  school.

Feedback

You will receive a confirmation within three days that your complaint has been received. Within a week, you will receive an answer about how the complaint has been handled.

Other possibilities

It is possible to report cases directly to the Swedish Schools Inspectorate or to the Children and Pupils' Ombudsman, but the case is sent to the principal for processing, if the complainant has not first been in contact with the preschool / school / principal.
